Can't access my old email, need to cancel subscription

Hi Dropbox team,

 
When I was in college, I opened a Dropbox account using my university's email address. However, I graduated more than 2 years ago and do not have access to that email account anymore. My issue is that I am being charged $11.99 every month for an account I cannot even access. 
 
I want to cancel that subscription, but I cannot log in as Dropbox attempts to send a verification code to that email address. I need to cancel the subscription attached to that email as soon as possible
 
Please, could someone help?

    Hi jmandebi, let's jump right into this!

     

    Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

     

    You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

     

    Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

      Thanks Megan for your response. Yes, I did reach out to the Dropbox support. Here is the ticket number:#24409350.

      I am not sure about the status of this request as I have not received any feedback. Please could you look into it?
