6 days no refund DB no longer responding
Ron, Dropbox customer support guru, issued my refund on the 22nd, or at least he says he did. I've been emailing him since Wednesday. Today is day 6, I wake up, still nothing.
How can I call them? What do I do know? It's a maximum of 5 days with merchants and my bank. It's 6 days now. It's a problem.

So I'm really just not sure what's going on, Dropbox Support no longer responds, Ron no longer responds. It feels as though I was simply skipped over on accident or something but what do I know.
