Dropbox Sign - How can I change email of signers?
I sent a document, but they no longer have access to that email and want it sent to their new email; I can't see an option to update an email? There are multiple signers on the document, and don't ...

Hey MCAO1, thanks for joining our Community and happy Monday!
I'm afraid that there's no way to edit the email address of one of your signers after you've sent the doc for signatures. You'd need to edit and resend the request anew as outlined here.
I hope this helps!

I have same issue as OP, but I received email from Dropbox telling me:
'To update the email address and resend, click on the link below:"
The link just leads to the Dropbox Sign log in page (even though I am already logged in. As the features on Dropbox Sign are so limited (no saving of email contacts etc.), it would be more helpful if the failure notice email gave instructions on how to edit and resend the request, instead of giving a link to a feature that you tell us doesn't even exist!

Update:
I followed your link, and it tells me to select 'duplicate' from the ellipsis menu. But there is no such option (see screenshot).

Hey dommiz, let's jump right into this!
Have you tried following the same steps using an entirely different browser, by any chance? Just to see if this is a browser-related issue or not.
Also, have you made sure you're connected into HelloSign platform and not Dropbox Sign through your Dropbox account?
Let me know, and we'll take it from there!

Hi...I am having the same issue. What is HelloSign platform? I only access my Dropbox Signatures through my Dropbox account. I tried to go to HelloSign and log in but it just says, "it appears there is a Dropbox account for this email" and it logs me into Dropbox and I still can't do the editing as your article above suggests.
