I can only edit the first tab of an Excel sheet through Dropbox

I have a report with two tabs. I can only open to edit with open in excel, when I open I only have access to the first tab, the second tab is always blank. How can I open and have access to both tabs. I have tried opening with the second one open and it always opens up BLANK although the tab is in the primary report in DropBox.

Hey Lisa_C, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Where are you having this issue? When trying to edit the Excel sheet on dropbox.com or the mobile app?

If it's the mobile app, have you tried clearing the cache of the app or uninstalling-reinstalling it, to see if that helps?

    Keep me posted.

Hello @Hannah it is in the Excel sheet on dropbox it gives me the option to open in excel and when I click that I cannot see the second tab and I did try clearing the cache. I guess I may have to uninstall and reinstall.  Thank you.

Sure thing, Lisa, let me know if you're still having issues after trying that.
