I'm no longer able to edit documents in Word/Excel on iOS
I’m using a basic account on an iPad mini and have had no problems over the years opening and editing documents in word and excel. I recently switched to the newest model (7 with iOS 18.3.2), updated Dropbox, word and excel, restarted the tablet and am continuously being asked to activate Microsoft 365 to edit documents. I’ve tried just entering my Hotmail info which has worked in the past but it says subscription not found. My Dropbox account is showing in word on the left hand side as an other storage option and I can view and open all of my documents but can’t edit them. How can I fix this?

Hi I am trying to open an Excel workbook via Dropbox on my S24 Ultra so that it will save directly to it. I go through the log in process for Dropbox in Excel and I'm getting a message saying "Access blocked: Dropbox's request does not comply with Google's policies". I've tried add Dropbox directly in the app and I get the same message. Please help!
I can no longer open my Microsoft files via my Android mobile app. They throw all sorts of errors.
Please help, I am in a HUGE panic. As of this morning, my Android Microsoft mobile apps no longer open my more than 1000 Dropbox files. I cannot save a newly created Microsoft file to Dropbox either. I have always been able to open and save my Dropbox files in the Android Microsoft apps (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel , etc) on my Pixel 8. I can no longer open files. Here's the message I get when I try to open a Dropbox file from within Microsoft Word: "Can't open file. [file name] is stored in an unsupported server location." If I try to open a file from within Dropbox, I get an error message that reads, "Can't complete task. Something went wrong. Please try again." I was initially able to open files within M365 Copilot, but I just started receiving the same message and I can't view any of my files. When I tried to connect a different Dropbox account, I received a message that said, "Access blocked: dropbox's request does not comply with Google's policies." Please note that the apps are all updated. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the apps in addition to restarting my phone. Furthermore, my Pixel device is properly linked to my Dropbox account PLEASE HELP!!
Impossible de modifier un fichier Excel, Word depuis un téléphone.
J'essaie de modifier un fichier Excel dans ma Dropbox depuis mon téléphone mais impossible. Ni par l'application ni en ligne via le navigateur. Sur le site d'aide il est indiqué de cliquer sur "modifier " le fichier. Or sur mon téléphone ce bouton n existe pas. J'ai une des dernières version d'android, un compte Microsoft payant avec la suite office installée sur mon teléphone. Et rien ne fonctionne. On me demande 5 fois de me connecter à mon compte Dropbox, alors que je le suis, les codes ne fonctionnent pas... je peux juste télécharger et modifier en local le fichier mais alors il ne se synchronise pas avec Dropbox. Complètement inutile. Aucune aide n est proposée, aucune conversation avec une solution non plus. Pourtant je ne dois pas être la seule avec un mobile quasi neuf, des applications à jours pour qui ca ne marche pas... rien n explique que ca ne fonctionne pas. Gros dysfonctionnement de Dropbox et grosse atteinte négative au service.
I can't open my Microsoft files when they're set to online-only.
Hi All, I can't seem to open documents when they are saved on Dropbox. My files are set to online only. However, photos and other media does not have an issue. But office and pdf often encounter an issue where they don't open or the dialogue box just keeps loading. When I move files outside dropbox, they open just fine. Thank you for your help.

I have a new laptop on Win11 and I added the Dropbox plug-in for Outlook. But it remains greyed out and the folder that should appear on the left folder navigation is missing. I installed the local app and that seems to be working fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, fully updated windows, the laptop, and the applications. Nothing seems to work.. I had wondered if it was due to my drop box being personal or if there was another issue. It was working correctly on my old system. Thanks
Desktop app on Windows doesn't display correctly. The pop up window looks duplicated.
In the app window when I try to select an icon at the top another duplicate but smaller window appears. The same issue occurs in other places (see 2nd screenshot). I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but the same problem occurs. Does anyone know how to fix this?Transfert bloqué via fenêtre contextuelle Windows 11
Bonjour, j’ai récemment changé d’ordinateur et je suis passé sur Windows 11. J’avais pour habitue d’utiliser la fonction de transfert de fichier via la fenêtre contextuelle de Windows mais depuis le changement d’ordinateur mes transferts restent bloqués à 0%. Merci par avance pour votre aide.
