The Dropbox icon in my system tray is not responding
I received an email from Dropbox about the Backup feature. When I click on the Dropbox icon on my Windows taskbar nothing happens so I can't click on the avatar and go to preferences and then click backup. I have the latest Dropbox app on my PC. I have turned on and off and then on the Dropbox and then restarted my computer but that didn't help. Please suggest other remedies to fix this issue.

Hey Zaydewise, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If the Dropbox icon in your system tray is not responding and restarting your computer didn't help, I'd suggest simply reinstalling the Dropbox app (without uninstalling) through this link.
If that doesn't help, try uninstalling it first, then restart the computer and reinstall it.
