Hi FFP, thanks for the full error!
It seems that the error you’re encountering is temporary and should be fixed by restarting the Dropbox desktop app.
To restart the Dropbox desktop app:
- Open your Dropbox desktop app if it isn’t running already.
- Click the Dropbox icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen.
- Click your profile picture or initials in the upper right of the window that appears.
- Click Quit.
- Open a new Finder window.
- Click Applications.
- Double-click the Dropbox icon.
If the issue persists following the restart, please let me know and we can investigate further.

Dropbox will not open at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Twice. I have restarted my computer multiple times. Any other advice?
