Dropbox Menu won't load on my MacBook Air 2022 (M2 chip)

This has been an ongoing issue since I upgraded my computer to a MacBook Air 2022 (M2). I install Dropbox but the menu never shows at the top of the screen.  I have had this discussion with Support...
