I fixed it!
- I had to run the component services manager
- Drill down to My computer and right click my computer
- Open Com Security tab
- Open all 4 edit buttons
- Add my user name, and grant all local permissions
I should NOT have to do this though as these same permissions are granted to the Administrators group which I am a part of.
Update: I was able to remove my user account and replace with "local account" and give it local access permissions, and this works as well.

Did you contact our support team at all since you first noticed this to troubleshoot this further with account and device specific information?
