Password
The password I use on the WEB does not work for the software on my computer
- 4 years agoHi James F.26, the Dropbox password should allow symbols in it, so most likely there was another error with the saved password.
I'm glad to hear that resetting the password on the site helped you to login.

ronniehurst01 if you dont have access to the device that the codes are being sent to then there is no way to get access to the account again.
