As Walter mentioned here, since we are actively working on full support for macOS 12.3, you may have trouble accessing online-only files in third party apps.

Thank you very much for your time and help, this is very much appreciated.This is the version I run on my macbook pro: v150.4.5000
As for Indesign situation, yes it happens with all files. I can add that my colleagues have same problems on different devices, all under Monterey.
