Dropbox app won't open on Windows 11.
Hi.
My dropbox app won't open when I click on it, run it as administrator, disable my firewall or anti-virus program, reinstall it, or anything else I have tried... It is the same for both my computer and laptop. I use windows 11, 64 bit system.
Thanks, it helped so my files are syncronizing again. However, I need to use a shortcut to access the dropbox folder - i can't use the app from start or the processlinje shortcut.

Hey Joak0695, I'm here to help!
Do you get any specific errors, or is the app not reacting at all?
Have you tried uninstalling, and then re-installing it?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan,
The app does not react. I have tried opening it from theTaskbar, I have tried running it from start (also with administrator). However, I can access the files through a shortcut on the desktop, but not the app.
I have tried uninstalling/re-installing it multiple times. Also searched the web for answers.- WalterDropbox Staff
Hey Joak0695 - sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that the next troubleshooting step here would be a clean, advanced reinstall.
Could you give it a go using the offline installer from this page directly and let us know how it goes?
If you're on the Basic plan, also be careful not to hit your account's device limit.
