Can't access beta forum
I received the beta and the corresponding email. I am unable to access the beta forum.
- 3 years agoHappy Wednesday emptywhitenoise!
I checked deeper into this, and it seems you've been accepted, and you should be able to have access to the MacOS beta forum now.
Can you check on your end, and confirm?

Hey dreamer89, I hope you’re doing well!
Have you received any relevant communication perhaps to your email address?
If so, there should be an option there to be added directly to our beta forum.
Let me know, and we’ll take it from there.

I'm in the same boat. I got the beta invite but can't access the forum. And I don't know if my forum user name is associated with my dropbox email or how to check it. I'd love the help!

Hey richwiss, sorry to hear about this.
I just wanted to mention that your forum's username is associated with the Dropbox account you're currently logged into via your web browser.
Can you please clarify if you're getting an error when trying to access the MacOS beta forum?

Thanks Walter . I'm logged into my Dropbox account (on dropbox.com) but when I go to the community, I don't have access to the beta forum despite being invited to join it. Today, the error message on the beta forum was different, asking me to "ask to join"- so I did. We'll see if that changes anything.
