Android app flickers and doesn't load after signing in

Problem with the app on phone: When you launch the app, the background flickers and nothing is pressed. Video: [Removed as per Community Guidelines]
I reinstalled the application: everything is fine during the authorization period, but after entering the login and password, it stops working.
Everything works fine on the old phone (Samsung Galaxy S10). What is the problem and how can it be fixed?
Phone Model:

Device name: Galaxy S20
Model name: SM-G980F/DS

    If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try again uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?

     

    What version of the Dropbox mobile app is installed on your device?
