Dropbox Password app v278.13 Firefox version 135.0.1 (Build #2016074239), hg-7c2ff1aa3394+ GV: 135.0.1-20250216192613 AS: 135.0.1 Do I always have to open Dropbox Password app on my device first? My dropbox passwords do not suggest or autofill in APPs and Firefox browser tabs on my Android (v14) samsung tablet (UI6.1, SM-X210).62Views0likes5CommentsMobile: when moving files or folders, don't get sent back to the root directory
At the moment when you want to move or copy files/folders, you get sent back to the root directory. This becomes tedious when the files or folders that you want to move are already in the same location. I keep getting sent back to the beginning, when what I am working with is right in front of me. My current workaround is using the search functionality, but this change would do wonders for the user interface when working on the phone.31Views0likes3CommentsPapers App für Android nicht verfügbar
Anderenfalls werde ich mir einen anderen Anbieter suchen müssen.31Views0likes3CommentsHow to easily create a file shortcut on Android using MS Word which works with Dropbox cloud files
Appears to work with any document that you can get to open in Android MS Word app (doc, docx, pdf, etc). I've also seen it work for at least one other program (maybe was One Drive) that had that same "back" left arrow. From my Dropbox app on my android phone, I open Word and PDF files in MS Word then use the FILE method below to create FILE (not folder) shortcuts to my Dropbox cloud files. So with one tap to the shortcut, I can quickly open the latest synced Dropbox file version. Android FILE shortcut creation: Open file in MS Word on an android phone. Tap the "Back" arrow. (The left pointing arrow in top left-hand corner of screen - NOT the "back" button in the navigation bar at the bottom ). This will take you to the "Recent" screen. Tap on the 3 vertical dots (vertical ellipsis) to the right of the file that was just opened. Select "Add to Home screen." Touch and hold the icon that is show or tap "Add" to add this shortcut to the Home screen. If no room on the home screen, it will be added to another screen. Sigh contentedly🙂 Android Dropbox FOLDER shortcut creation: Long press any empty space on the home screen. Select "Widgets." Scroll down to "Dropbox." Tap the expand down arrow Select the Dropbox icon Select "Add." Select the FOLDER that you want the shortcut to open (single files cannot be selected with this method) Select "Create Shortcut."64Views0likes1Comment"Access Blocked: Dropbox's request does not comply with Google policies" error on Android
I changed my mobile phone and after that, I see the message "Access Blocked: Dropbox's request does not comply with Google policies". I can use Dropbox with my old mobile phone with the same account but with the new phone not and see that message.35Views0likes4CommentsThe starred items on my Android mobile app appear in a random order.
Any idea why the starred items on my app homepage, which always previously displayed by most recently modified, are now in completely random order...? Even when I click to view all they're just all over the place, no rhyme or reason for the sorting. :/ I've restarted the app and cleared the cache several times.
