Why can't I add files to my free account?
I am well below my storage space, yet I can't upload anything; I get the message that I am out of storage space. The details are as follows: Using 0.01 GB of 2 GB space.
Can anyone tell me what I am missing here? Thank you.
- Hi, Jay. I tried uploading something I knew was very small, and it uploaded. Maybe the sender didn’t tell me how large the other file was, because I can’t see it because it won’t open in Dropbox. I’ll check with that person and come back to this community forum if I need further help. Thank you. In other words, maybe dropbox denied it because it knew it would go beyond my quota.
