space earned not avaliable
My account has 7.75 gb of earned space but i am not able to access it . The dropbot is no help does any one know how i can access the space i earned

Yes the account is active and i can access files but at 2 gb i am told i need more space but my account says i have 7.75 gb. it seem Dropbox are not honouring the additional space i earned by inviting new users. and i cant find a way to discuss it with them

Maybe it's the back up files, What does your Backups page report? Could you please check your quota level on this page and let us know what you see about your Personal Dropbox space?

i dont beleive im using dropbox for backup it looks like they have not honoured the earned extra space i have

What do the plan tab in your account settings report about your space usage and your bonus space?
And how are you getting notified that you're out of space? Are you getting some kind of email notification?

this is the data on my plan page I was at 2.1 gb and have removed all of my pictures back to the size detailedSubscriptionsDropbox BasicFreeUpgrade2 GB of storage to help you store and share files.Personal Dropbox spaceUsing 119.9 MB of 7.75 GBI am getting an email
