My extra storage from referrals is gone
Can you help me with this account which has lost it's referrals?

Hi this is strange. Up until 10 minutes ago it said I needed to buy storage and it was 270% or similar. I removed files down to below 2GB and now it says Im now down below the allowance again! Whether it took moving them to clear an eroor, I have no idea

Hello. The events just shows files that Ive deleted to see if it resolved it, before I realised what the issue was. I haven't abused anything, I hope.

Does www.dropbox.com/account/plan show a reduction in quota?
Or, is it being used elsewhere such as www.dropbox.com/backups ?

What indicator do you have that space has been removed? According to your screenshots, you've earned 12.38GB of space (presumably 12GB from referrals) and your account is showing 14.38GB of quota (2GB for the Basic account + 12.38GB bonus space).
