My Dropbox Account Disappeared! I had 5TB of files that now show as 2GB.
I need help to get my DB account back. It disappeared after being a DB customer for 10 yrs plus. I had an account with like 5TB of files and now when I log in, it shows me as having a basic 2gb acco...

First step, use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for and confirm it's the same account that you're signing in to now.
