Hi SeraphDB, could you clarify what you mean by losing everything? Are you referring to all your files?
Are none of them visible on the Dropbox site?

No, losing storage space. Everything was fine a few days ago. The all files are still there.
The storage space just shrank for no reason.
Would be nice to have someone from Dropbox respond as it seems from searching the forums that this is not an isolated incident.

Thanks for the info, could you check your quota level on this page?
Also, do you have any change in the promotional quota on the referrals page?

Checked the quota level. It says 2gb, Last week it was more.
Promotional stuff has the amounts I have earnt but they are not reflected in my quota.
Nothing new anywhere that states there was a change of any kind recently.
