I got charged for my upgrade to the Plus plan, but I'm still on the Basic plan

Hello, yesterday I made a new plusaccount.I can see that there is a bank statement for the plus account. However, when I log in, I have the basic 2GB account. I also did not receive a confirmation email. Which is strange. What to do?

    I didn't use a credit card. And I can't get any further with the choice questionnaire. Why isn't there just a normal customer service? They should figure that out, not me. 😁

    I have now two accounts with two different email-adresses. They both have just the 2GB.

    On my bankstatement are a lot of nummers. Non of them had exact 12 numbers. So I tried many options to fill in the form for checking my payment.

    Nothing is working. For now I'am busy with this issue for 5 hours. I have so many regrets to use dropbox.

    It's a pay method in the Netherlands. called i-deal.

      You need to contact Dropbox support while not logged in - even here so use an incognito window and go to www.dropbox.com/support before choosing 'get help logging in'

      Hi Quibis, 

      If you are paying using IDEAL as a payment method, Direct Debit payments take up to five business days to authorize, but you can use your new subscription right away.  To find out if you have successfully purchased the Dropbox Plus plan 2TB under the IDEAL payment method option, you can click this link and scroll down to the very bottom, you will see the direct link on how to purchase the Dropbox Plus plan using IDEAL, if you attempt to purchase the plan again, it should let you know if you cannot purchase the plan because you are currently on a paid plan already https://help.dropbox.com/billing/sepa-direct-debit . You can also check the status of your payment if it went through or still showing as pending for authorization by logging in to your Dropbox account and click this link : www.dropbox.com/account/billing . You should be able to see the Dropbox Plus plan with a "pending" status . If you don't see any billing information at all, it means you have not successfully completed the purchase. You need to purchase using the link : https://help.dropbox.com/billing/sepa-direct-debit ( scroll down to bottom) and you will see this :
