If you are paying using IDEAL as a payment method, Direct Debit payments take up to five business days to authorize, but you can use your new subscription right away. To find out if you have successfully purchased the Dropbox Plus plan 2TB under the IDEAL payment method option, you can click this link and scroll down to the very bottom, you will see the direct link on how to purchase the Dropbox Plus plan using IDEAL, if you attempt to purchase the plan again, it should let you know if you cannot purchase the plan because you are currently on a paid plan already https://help.dropbox.com/billing/sepa-direct-debit . You can also check the status of your payment if it went through or still showing as pending for authorization by logging in to your Dropbox account and click this link : www.dropbox.com/account/billing . You should be able to see the Dropbox Plus plan with a "pending" status . If you don't see any billing information at all, it means you have not successfully completed the purchase. You need to purchase using the link : https://help.dropbox.com/billing/sepa-direct-debit ( scroll down to bottom) and you will see this :
