Earned space disappeared
Dear Dropbox Friends,
It looks for a few weeks I lost all my bonus space earned during the past years.
My personal info page still shows I have valid 3.25GB Bonus Space Earned.
See picture ...

Check your Backups page.

Referral space that you earn is permanent, but other types of bonuses are often time-limited and will expire after 6 months, a year or two years, depending on the promotion.
What does your Plan page show for your actual quota and usage? Take a screenshot of that, please.

Hi Rich,
Thanks for your response, please see the screenshot:
Clearly states I had 48G expired, but I have 3.25GB living.
Hard to understand it in a different way 😉

Seems to explain your issue then. The space earned from mobile device promotions (in your case, Samsung) is not permanent and will expire, typically after one or two years.
Your Plan page will show you the total amount of storage space available to you, along with your current usage.

Thanks, But may be, may be not. Not more than a guess. Who knows...
Few facts:
It was OK until this summer, not 1 or 2, but started 7 years ago, I've searched my inbox, I found no mail/warning from Dropbox about this change or expiration. The website states it is still living.
I think it's rather technical issue, call it "imperfection" or unjust.

If you're specifically referring to the removal of the 48GB of bonus space, then the only technical issue would be why it wasn't removed sooner. The 48GB Samsung promotion was for two years, after which the space expired. It was never permanent storage.
