You've hit the limit of invites you can send per day. Try again in 24 hours
I attempted to send one share today and got this message. I am on a basic account, what is the issue and how is it resolved?

Hannah Walter I did everything that I was asked to do in the email that was sent me and it said to reply when I had accomplished all of the steps and the ban on my account would be lifted. I have not heard back from anyone yet though and the ban still exists. Is there someone else I can get ahold of or is this an issue that you would be able to help me fix. Thanks for all of the help.

I just sent you an email to have a further look internally.
Please take a look at your inbox and we'll take it from there.
