    Hey there gaurav kumar - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting when trying to access the link in question?

     

    Did you check  its validity with the person who shared it with you in the first place?

     

    Any additional information is more than welcome! 

  • Maybe it's related to:

    1- Permission Issues: If the Dropbox link was shared with you, it's possible that you don't have the necessary permissions to access the file or folder. You may need to contact the person who shared the link with you and ask them to check the sharing permissions.

    2- Or Broken or Expired Link: The link itself could be broken or expired. Again, you would need to contact the person who shared the link with you and ask them to generate a new link.
