Why can't I upload videos to my Dropbox account from my iPhone?
I can easily upload images directly from my iPhone to Dropbox but when I try to upload video I can’t unless I move the video to an iCloud file. This is super time consuming.
- Hey lifeinthesound, welcome to our community!What version of iOS is your iPhone on? Current stable version is 11.2.5, so if you’re not on that, please update to it. Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of our app (82.2) too.Now, let’s check a couple of things:
- does this issue occur with all videos, under all conditions (different WiFi, data networks)?
- in our app’s settings, do you have video uploads enabled?
- do you have Cellular data uploads enabled?
- if so, have you allowed video uploads using mobile (cellular) data?
