What type of content am I allowed to upload in Dropbox?
I wanted to know what type of datas are not allowed to store in dropbox. I was planing to take subscription, but i wanted to know the rules of dropbox and not to violate it.
Particularly, i am planing to store my personal photos and videos, also there will be a chance of storing 18+ including nudity, pornography and thats it which are legal in many countries.
Headsup, not things which are illegal to have possession of.
I have gone through some previous discussion which happened in this community and got an understanding of storing it is allowed unless i am not sharing publicly or display in public. Please someone explain it if i am right about it or wrong.
Hi Rahulashez, keep in mind that if it is considered a breach of the acceptable use policy, then it could result in the termination of your account.
Now, as to whether or not you want to attempt to upload such material, this would be up to you. Thanks!

Hi Rahulashez, welcome to our Community!
The content in your account, the files you upload and general behavior of your actions should be compliant to our Terms of Service.
As long as you follow the stuff mentioned there, you should be safe when uploading your content.
I hope this clarifies!

In Dropbox Acceptable Use Policy, its is mentioned “publish, share, or store materials that constitute child sexually exploitative material (including material which may not be illegal child sexual abuse material but which nonetheless sexually exploits or promotes the sexual exploitation of minors), unlawful pornography, or are otherwise indecent”
So in my case, for the pornography which i got from the internet or from other sources, how will I understand whether it comes under “unlawful“ according to dropbox?- MeganDropbox Staff
