Don't delete the Camera Uploads folder. It's a system folder and should be left alone. You can, however, delete everything in it if you're sure you don't need it.
The folder would have been created only by enabling the Camera Uploads feature, either in the Dropbox application or on the mobile app. It's used to automatically upload photos to your Dropbox; either those taken on a mobile device, or those that you chose to import into Dropbox from a USB drive, memory card, etc., on the desktop application.

Super User IIIf you used Dropbox Camera Uploads tool this is the folder they are automatically uploaded to - either from connecting a camera, mobile or external USB etc.
It isnt possible to specify what folder Camera Uploads use.
