What is the best way for me as a music librarian to upload and share content with others?
I am a music librarian for a community orchestra and need to upload music for the members to download. How is the best way to do this? Separate folders for each instrument? Grant access to each fold...

Is it possible to load my scans directly into Dropbox or do I need to save each file on my computer then transfer them?

Do they just need read only access? If so why not consider sharing out links to them? Or maybe even a master link and everything saved in subfolders under it: https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/share/view-only-access
