Can you let me know more about your issue? Are you getting some kind of error message, when you open the link?
Have you reached out to the person that shared the link with you, to check if they've perhaps deleted the content?

Hi, I am having similar issues with accessing the Transcript
The message that keeps appearing is - There was an error loading the transcript.I have tried to change browser, go incognito but neither options works. Any suggestions?- MeganDropbox Staff
