Sharing a template folder

    You would need to share the main folder, which will require your clients to each have their own account with enough available space to hold the folder, including anything they upload to it. Also, if you only share the main folder with them, they'll both be able to see the other's subfolder, and will be able to see other members of the share (if you're worried about that sort of thing).

     


    It seems if I just send the 'file request', they only see the main folder but not the subfolders. Is there a way to do this so they see all the folders within the main folder?

    With a file request, they can't even see the folder or anything in it. They simply submit files to upload and they're placed in the folder you designated. The uploaders have no access to the folder itself.
