Shared folder has created a copy of itself

    Hi Watapana,

    Most probably you have unintentionally unmounted/deleted the folder you are talking about. Just creating a new folder on the same place with the same name doesn't mount the shared folder back! It's just a new folder with the same name, nothing more. You should still have access to the shared folder in spite not mounted. Take a look here. Find out the shared folder. Most probably it's labeled "Not added to Dropbox". If so, just add it back! Take in mind that this folder can change its name since on the same place is another folder with the same name. To avoid this, rename the new folder to some other name.
