Recipient of a link cannot see new files uploaded after link was generated

I created a folder and sent a view only link to an individual.  That person can see the original files I put in the folder.  He cannot see newer files I added after the link was issued.  What do I/he need to do differently so he can access new additions?

He needs to access the same link each time you add new files to the folder. If they used the Save to Dropbox option to save a copy in their own Dropbox account, that's a one-time copy and does not update automatically when you add new files.
