Nothing happens when I click on the "Create" button to open a file request.

I have been trying for a couple of days to create a new file request but it's not working. Once you click 'Create' the thinking spinning wheel never completes.  Tried different folders, tried o...

    I have gone back in today and it's working again. Same Chrome browser. So what ever it was over the last few days has fixed itself.
