My public links have been banned - what does that mean?

Hi,

My account says I have created too much excessive traffic. My public links were suspended and when I clicked on the link to unsuspend, it says I have been banned???!!!!  I don't even know what any of that means!!  I'm just trying to share my wedding pictures that my photographer sent to me.  I have no idea how to use dropbox and I can't upgrade for more storage. Dropbox is the only way he can send me the pics so what am i supposed to do???  This is crazy! Can anyone help please, I've never been banned from anything in my life and I'm 44 years old!

Please help

    Thanks for posting here, Jennafer

For more info on banned links, please check out this Help Center article

In any case, if this is the first time you’re having this issue, the ban should be automatically lifted after 24h have passed.

If you’re having trouble after that point though, feel free to nudge me here.

      Hi Nancy,

Thanks so much for replying! I saw that article when I was trying to figure this out. It's been well over a week and nothing has happened. The email says my links have been temporarily suspended and that I can remove the suspension by clicking this link. When I click it, it says "it seems like you were banned by our system, to unban yourself, click on the link below". When I click on that one it says, "unable to unban account, there was a problem completing this request."

Hey Jennafer, in that case can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
