Mobile upload not working

Can't upload pics
Either automatically or manually
Done all permissions, cleared cache, reinstalled

    Have you checked the 'Background Restrictions' setting under 'Camera Uploads'? If it was set to 'Yes,' please change it to 'No.' & approve the background usage

      Have turned on continuous upload and removed battery optimisation

        Hi there Niels C., I'd be happy to look into this for you! 

         

        You mentioned that you have issues both with camera uploads, and when you try to manually upload content using the + sign in the app, correct? 

         

        If not, feel free to clarify more for me. 

         

        Do you get any specific errors when trying to upload content manually using our app?

         

        Have you also tried switching to a different WiFi, or cellular data, just to rule that one out too?
