I can't upload corrupted jpg files from a USB drive after I installed Windows11.

I can't upload corrupted jpg files from a USB drive after I installed Windows11. Dropbox keeps prompting me to upload these files but I can't.  Is there any way to fix this problem?   Thanks   ...

Would you mind walking me through the steps that you took or the error that you see on your end? 

 

Do you see a prompt coming directly from the Dropbox app? Also, do you wish to upload the content to Dropbox, or avoid that?
