I can't access shared folder, I get an error (picture with a dog waiting for food).
I'm new in a company.
We have a supplier who use Dropbox to share with us some files.
I created an account to Dropbox.
My supplier has sent me an invitation to have access to his shared folder....

Hi pierretraumat thanks for posting and I am sorry to hear about this issue.
Please note that a shared folder's size counts towards the storage space of both accounts that it is shared with. That means, that if you have a 2GB of storage on your account and the folder is 3GB, then you will be unable to receive that folder and access it.
If that is the case, you can ask the sender to share that folder as a shared link instead.
Let me know if this helps!
