How do i resume an interrupted upload?
if i upload large files to my dropbox account and my laptop goes to sleep the upload is interrupted. how do i resume the upload without beginning the process again?

I think I found a work around
click the # of files left hyper link
cancel the download of the current interupted file.
The next file in line should begin downloading at that point.
Make a note of the missed file to upload at a later time
and change your settings so the cpu doest go to sleep.

I was syncing my external hard drive to drop box when the connection was interrupted, I was halfway through but when the connection was re-established the syncing is not continuing. Is there a way to continue rather than starting over again? I would have imagined it would have worked the same as if I was syncing a folder on my computer's hard drive, but it isn't so from what I can tell.

Unfortunately the moves from external hard drive to Dropbox are the same if you are using web as this thread
If you are moving to desktop folder the issue is that the move is handled by your OS so it is that which would need to restart it.
