How can I fix the issue with my banned links?

I've been banned from sharing links. How do I fix this problem and how did this happen?

    You will get an email to say why you are banned. 

     

    If its for bandwidth it should auto clear after 24 hours. If its for anything else you need to speak to Support: www.dropbox.com/support
