files taking 15 to 20 minutes to upload

Until recently audio files I send to a client uploaded in seconds. But now that take 15 to 20 minutes to upload. They time out in Firefox, or Edge. I have to use Brave to maintain the connection long enough for the upload to complete. I have deleted ALL files from my storage, no improvement.

I don't use the storage for personal cataloging. Should I just delete my account so that I can upload to my client's Dropbox? I say this because my account always opens when I attempt to upload to his. contact me directly if you like: [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]

Hi Waynesvoice, thanks for posting today!

Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay, no proxy, VPN only firewall is Windows 10 Pro firewall, Security software is Charter Security Suite (ISP provided Charter/Spectrum).

I have no idea how to check the domain list you sent me to. Can you tell me how to check?

No other services experience this slow down, Box.com, WeTransfer, email, nothing else but Dropbox.

You'd need to check with your security software settings for the domain list, and also your network provider if the issue is ISP related.

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
