File request, visibility of files between people who have gotten the request.
If I’m sent a file request, will my uploads be visible only to the requester, or can others who received the same request also view them?

The only person who will be able to see them is you. Nobody else can see the visibility of what has been uploaded - even the person uploading them although they should know what they selected!
