Dropbox Sign needs my credit card details. Why?

Hello!
My business partner send me a Dropbox Sign link with the invoice document. It is required my credit card details and my signature. Therefore, is it possible and safe to write my credit card details at this document by Dropbox sign to proceed the payment to my business partner?

    Who is the link off and what is it for? Thats the bigger question - who is getting the invoice info and are they trustworthy.
