Dropbox app won't upload images anymore from the iphone
Anyone else finding that since the update, they can't get images to upload to dropbox on their iphones anymore?

@Megan I have restarted my phone. I have tried uploading directly from the image and get error messages. I’ve tried doing it from the Dropbox end and get the same error.
Dropbox has asked me twice now to report the problem which I have but nothing has changed and there’s no actual ‘contact us’ for Dropbox so I’m wondering if I should stop using them and go to another similar service.

Hey Jodes, what is the OS of your mobile app, and what about the version of the Dropbox app that you have installed there?
You mentioned you get an error, can you let me know what the error is, please?

Hi Megan
Dropbox version 294.2software for phone 15.6.1
There is no error code, it just says 'couldn't upload file, can you give us more details so we can fix it?' which I've been doing now for days and it isn't fixed. After I get that one it's 'couldn't load file. Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again later'.- Megan3 years agoDropbox Staff
Hey Jodes, do you use camera uploads to sync your content?
Have you tried to clear your app's cache? If not, can you try accessing your Dropbox settings, and giving it a go?

Megan how would you clear the cache of an app? I don't appear to have any controls to clear app caches in the settings of dropbox, it only shows me what dropbox can access, and under settings my only options are to delete it or offload it but offloading will keep all the data anyway so no effect on cache. I tried googling how but there appears no real way of clearing a cache, just deleting apps.
