Hey 1competa, sorry to see you're having trouble.
Can you give us some more info as to why you're not able to upload your photos to Dropbox?
Are you talking about manually uploading the photos or the automatic camera uploads?
Are you perhaps getting some kind of error message?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Thanks, 1competa.
So, if I understand correctly, you're opening the Dropbox app, you're tapping on the + button to upload a photo, but nothing happens.
Can you try to clear the app's cache with the steps in this article, to see if that helps?

(New contributor): I cleared the Dropbox cache on my Samsung Galaxy S24 phone as Hannah described. It did no good.
I am on a cruise ship. I know I have internet because I can send and receive email. I know Dropbox is working on some devices because I can share to Dropbox from my Apple iPad (but my wife is having difficulty sharing photos from her identical iPad.) But all my Gallery files shared to Dropbox from my S24 are "Waiting to upload" and have been for hours.
What are they waiting for?

Hey lbyler, let's jump right into this!
Did you try to manually upload content by pressing the + button, or are you referring to your camera uploads?
How long has this been happening for? Feel free to also clarify the OS you're using on your Samsung Galaxy, and the version of the Dropbox app that's installed there.
Keep me posted!
