Can someone else upload to my Dropbox account?

A friend from Uni wants to send me 1,5 Hour Long Videos. She asked me to prepare the Account. Is it possible that i can presinstall the Account and she can use my Account to Upload the Videos with ...

I’d like to clarify a few things first; when asking about Dropbox Essentials, you mean that you’d like to upgrade your own account to this plan, correct? 

 

Other than that, does she have her own Dropbox account where the videos are already saved? 

 

What’s the average size of a video she wants to share with you?
