Camera Upload says new photos "have already been imported"

    You can clear the Dropbox app’s cache by opening your mobile app, and going to the Account tab > gear icon on the top right corner. The option to clear the cache is further down the page.

     

    You can reinstall the app just on your iPhone, since the photos should be automatically uploaded from there.
