All of my devices show 0 bytes for my Scrivener files, except my MacBook Pro.

If I understood this correctly, it sounds like the app reports as up-to-date for both of your Mac devices, right?
If you check these projects on our website online, what do you see there?

the online version is also at 0 byte.
What I don't understand is that when I reinstall dropbox on the macbook with the correct projects, it is reindexing but no change on dropbox online website version of the projects
