Access to share folder to a specific domain is restricted
I'm trying to share access of a folder to a specific domain. Tried from different accounts (Business and Personal) and different folders having the same result. I looked through all settings trying to find any option causing the issue but didn't find anything that helps.
Hi dsanchezj93, is it possible that this user is on a Dropbox Business team? There is an option for team admins to prevent external shared folders from being added to their accounts.

Welcome to the Community, dsanchezj93! I hope you’re doing well.
Can you please clarify if you’re the owner of this shared folder? Is it possible to go to the folder settings (from the gear icon showing on your screenshot) and send me one more screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know when you have more updates.

Nancy,
I'm the owner of the folder, here's a screenshot of the settings. However, I notice the specific issue is with a particular email domain that it can't be shared any other domain I tried was successful.
