Hi dsanchezj93, is it possible that this user is on a Dropbox Business team? There is an option for team admins to prevent external shared folders from being added to their accounts.

Can you please clarify if you’re the owner of this shared folder? Is it possible to go to the folder settings (from the gear icon showing on your screenshot) and send me one more screenshot of what you see there?

I'm the owner of the folder, here's a screenshot of the settings. However, I notice the specific issue is with a particular email domain that it can't be shared any other domain I tried was successful.

Thanks for this information. I have confirmed the domain I'm trying to share access is under a Dropbox Business Account and has restricted external shared folders.
